Henrique Costa

Scholar of the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian and prize winner at the Tchaikovsky, Markneukirchen and Città di Porcia International Competitions, young Portuguese Tubist Henrique dos Santos Costa has stood out for his curiosity in exploring the artistic capabilities of his instrument as a soloist, performing regularly with orchestra or in solo recitals. Student of Adélio Carneiro and Anne-Jelle Visser is, since 2019, Assistant Professor of the Tuba Class at the Zurich University of the Arts.
